Sinepelt gazed at Hawkface than Jadeflight and than finally Heatherfrost as she spoke "Its alright,im afraid im missing something in this conversation but id prefer that I shouldnt interfer. quietly she flicked her tail to them.

In a hushed voice in the first part of his sentence then a loud yell at the end in a command but as he turn ed to stake some rabbit he gazed back at Jadeflight with a twinkle in his forest green eyes as it became back as a hard stare as he moved on.

Heatherfrost jumped slgihtly at the harsh words of Hawkface to his mate, didn't he see he was tearing her apart! She padded to thier part of the forest to search for mice and squirrels.

Jadeflight nodded slightly and as her mate told her he still loved her, her heart burst with hope. The pulse of her heart took an edge off the deputy's harsh command. She rose to her feet, sprinting away until she was out of view of all the others. It was there that she let her tears shed freely. He was no monster as the others thought he was, he was a good cat at heart who suffered from the horrors of the life he had known. She knew StarClan had given her courage to reach out and to love this miserable cat. She would be strong for them both inside and out for she knew her mate was cumbling on the inside. She stopped crying, thinking it foolish of herself to weep when her mate loved her still. She hunted with more vigour and life as she ever had before, taking down two more rabbits and managing to catch a raven which, as she approached had tried to fly away but she'd leapt and knocked in to the ground before it go too far away. She killed it swiflty, carrying her rabbits and raven back to the pile guarded by Hawkface.

Heatherfrost ran back gracefully and depostited a mouse and another plump rabbit to the pile.

Hawkface saw the cats pile up the mini fresh kill pile he instructed."Good, good, but come on guys this won't last a single day on the front! What else do our cats need if they are wounded and hungry? It's simple!!" Laughing coldly at all the cats, even if he hated most of them they worked for him and no one else out here in the wild. As if some sick joke to make things worse, snow started to fall from the heavens above. it was light at first, till a raging small blizzard that soon came paw deep as it's misty sky's became gray and dark. But it was a beautiful sight to say the most, ti came as a fact how small and free we are from the great Clans of our time before.

Jadeflight worked on , her paws tingling in the cold snow, she felt her pads start to crack beneath her feet. She kept hunting, though much of the prey had the commen sence to run to their dens and sleep the storm out. She caught a rabbit just before it entered it's burrow and a pheasant as it started to take off to the skies. She searched longer, coming across a mouse and a vole before heading back to deposit her catch on the pile, brightening as she saw Hawkface, forgetting the pain in her feet and the cold that was overwhelming her.

Hawkface didn't even move, almost like a cold statue. Watched his clan mates get the Clan fresh kill for winter as for as he knew already. Icestar was weak fro having kits in such a time, it was almost treason and what about Ashfoot. His mockery will soon be forgotten when the massive deputy corners him or makes sure he's alone hunting or something. Then make his move to lure Icestar out and dispose of them both at the same time in a clean way. Then leadership will be mine, then I'll take care of that menacing cat: Jaguargaze. It was coming to an idea then forming into a plan. Leadership, power, respect, all the things WindClan doesn't have at this moment.

Heatherfrost quickly caught another rabbit and two mice. She looked up as a hawk drifted down about to steal a piece of repy from her miny pile, she jumped and brought the hawk to the ground, smiling as she bit it and brought it back," How's that Hawkface, a hawk for Icestar..."

Smirking coldly at his former apprentice."As the hawk falls to the ice of heather of the rippling rain as our land becomes ash to our raising." Muttering dryly at the dead hawk with it's eyes till glinting as if ready for attack. He was still a wise cat, maybe how you say a little crazy at it seems to say the least.

Jadeflight wondered silently what was going on in Hawkface's head. She sighed, queitly, padding over to Heatherfrost she smiled at the younger she-cat who was slightly older then her daughter. "Has Rippledstream or Risingdawn spoken to you lately?" she asked conversationally.

Hawkfaces ears twitched at the names Risingdawn and Jaguargaze . His forest green eyes shifting through the plains as if he gazed and followed, trying to search for them; StarClan forbid Risingdawn from doing the unthinkable with that unworthy cat! growling a little as the snow like rain felt slightly then stopped."Well I think we have enough fresh kill, report back to camp ASP when you can.' ordering to the remaining cats, before grabbing a few mice and throwing them over to Heatherforst and Jadeflight."It might be a harsh way back and I can't afford to look for a couple of poor souls lost in this tundra, so eat something to gain energy and get back to camp." Without waiting for an answer, bounded away with a feeling like something had happened in which may danger or even end some cats lives....
