Shadestar limped up to the shadow stone. Although he was weakened from the attack and the battle with Riverclan he yet managed to be the proud leader of Shadowclan and claim who their rightful deputy would be. He called his clan out with a single yowl and patiently waitied for them to arise.

Shadestar took a step forward now on all four paws. "These past moons have been nothing but suffering and painful. We have lost many cats to the ongoing threats from Hawkface and his comrades and we will need every able bodied cat to fight for the forest that we live in. But today I bring some happiness. I haven't been able to call on a deputy for some time but I believe now I have made the right choice. Starclan please look down on this cat. She has excelled all her skills, she is deeply loyal to the clan and the warrior code. Please accept Nightstalker to be the new deputy of Shadowclan" he meowed with a smile.

Dovesong padded out at her brothers call, she expected some depressing news but with the call of their deputy she smiled and cheered happily. Nightstalker was an excellant choice and it was about time till someone was choosen.

Nightstalker padded forward, bright amber eyes calm as a rare smile graced her features when she looked up at her weary leader. She dipped her head to him politely then turned and dipped her head to her clanmates.
