Midnightpelt was sitting in the far corner of the den, mixing poultices to store. he flicked her tail as she worked, a little bored at the time. Her blue eyes glittered with that emotion, her paws working the mix the two herbs up. "No patients in days...", she muttered to herself,"I knowit's a good thing, but it gets boring in here." |

Shadelight could smell the many scents of freash herbs flow out of the den, where he had a close friend who helped get passed Shadestars death as well as support him when he was exhiled for being sentanced to exhile when he commited a crime he did not do. His stunnign yellow eyes scanned the den until they lay upon the slender she-cat a grin spread across his face when he saw her.
"Greetings Midnightpelt I can see you got things organized" he meowed with a crooked grin. "I was wondering if you were available right now, do you mind"

Shadelight took a deep breath his eyes still laid on Midnightpelt. "I am heading to Moonpool for my nine lives but I will require medical herbs, can you organize them for me?" he meowed.
He looked down at his paws slightley nervous to ask the next question but he sat up and glanced back at the medicine cat, "Midnightpelt, I don't want to make this trip alone, will you come with me?"

Flamethrower limped into the den and stopped suddenly when she noticed Shadelight," Opps sorry, um i'll wait but Midnightpelt could you take a look at my paw, i think i sprained it."

Shadelight passed a greeting to the she-cat who entered the den, seeing her paw he stepped back, "No need, my herbs can wait I don't want you to be in pain whiel I chit chat" he meowed with a smile.

" Thanks..." She purred with a sigh as she sat down on a moss nest, waiting for Midnightpelt to look at her paw.
Silentshadow burst through the entrence and growled," Silentshadow has been bitten by a snake, it looks like it was a posionous snake! Shadelight is with her but... he's trying to carry her back. Hurry Midnightpelt!" He called and raced out to led the medicine cat to her patient.

"es, let me gather you some Traveling Herbs." She meowed, walking over to the herb store. The medicine cat gently gathered up the traveling herbs required, and wraped them up in a tight bundle. she bounded over to Shadelight, with the bundle in her mouth, and dropped them in front of them."That should do it.", she meowed.
Midnightpelt then gave Flamethrower a slight nod, telling her that she would check in a second.

Midnightpelt panicked,"I'll be right there!" she yowled, after Silentshadow left. She quickly gathered bundles of yarrow, chervil, and poppy seeds. Midnightpelt then swiftly wrapped them in a bundle of dock leaves, and raced as fast as her legs could carry her. Any second lost would mean a s
second closet to her death...

Silentshadow staggered into the medicine cat's den, her balance way off. She collasped into a bed of moss, almost falling over. She sighed heavily, her leg burning. She felt miserable and cold. She drew herself into a ball as much as she could, shivering as a breeze passed through the den.

Silentshadow looked up at the tom, she shivered again, why is it so cold!? she wondered, her eyes dull. She tried to put herself into a tighter ball but it was no use.
