Medicene Cat's Den

Forgottenecho limped into the den, her shoulder bearing a huge gash. "Oh!" she exclamed seeing all the cats in her den "I'm so sorry! I left camp to fetch herbs and was attacked by a fox" she whispered, realizing that the death of these kits was all her fault.

Ripplestar turned to see the injured medicine cat and yowled," Shallowpaw!" He wanted to medicine cat apprentice to fix the she-cat immediatly.

Silverbrook looked at the she-cat. "no its fine, all that matters is that your better first."she meowed to the medicine cat.

Ripplestar flicked his tail and mewed," All of you leave this medicine den is quite crowded enoguh without all of you in here." He ordered his mate, daughter and son-in-law () quite carefully.

Deathblow left the medicine den and padded to the warriors den for a good night's sleep.

Morningsun has already left she was too upset to stay.

Silverbrook sighed and looked at her mate, she wanted to stay she needed something to do to get her mind off of the kit's death but she just left any ways with sadness and went to the kits.

Ripplestar looked around for the medicine cat apprentice," That tom is never around!" He growled

Forgottenecho shook her head "Don't worry about me Ripplestar" she whispered to her friend "I can fix myself up just fine. You need to rest." she ordered. "Here, I want you and Silverbrook to take these" she said, pushing poppy seeds towards him. "Take a few to Morningsun as well. It wouldn't hurt Deathblow either. You all need to sleep" she instructed, turning to lip to her nest where she began to carefully clean her wounds.

He nodded and carrie the poppy seeds away after he ate his.

Forgottenecho sighed, licking the flesh wound. She winced as she could feel the stining that was absorbing her deep down. She cleaned it swiftly, not wanting to have to deal with it later. She applied several herb mixtures and poultrices before attempting to sleep. Unlike so many others, poppy seeds weren't an option. She needed to be alert and ready in case of an emergency

Glitterfrost padded in with Parishcall dangling by her scruff she layed her down with a thud and meowed with her frosty blue eyes sparkleing with worry "She needs immediate attention or shel die!"

Rockyroad, Tumblingfoot, Glassflower, Stormingsky and Mossclaw padded in and waited for theri turn to be fixed.

Forgottenecho nodded "Tell me what happend, " she mewed, padding to her herb collection.

Glitterfrost meowed "She got knocked out then a cat kept scatching her and she has a deep belly wound and one of her eyes are swollen!" she then licked Parishcall.

Forgottenecho nodded, quickly collecting the herbs she needed. First she cleaned out the scratches and the laceration on Parishcall's belly before applying cobwebs. Next she took a look at the she-cat's eye. She sighed in frustration "This will be difficult to treat" she mewed "But not impossbile" she added with a smile. She trotted over to her herb storage and pulled out a special medicine. She crushed it into a pulp, applying it to the cleaned out eye. She then put cobwebs over the whole, making a pressured wrap so as to keep the pulp in the wound to keep it from getting worse. She licked Parishcall gently before turning to Glitterfrost. "And now we wait" she mewed, sitting down in her nest.

Rockyroad, Tumblingfoot, Blackfrost, Mossclaw, Stormingsky and Glassflower waited to be treated.
